EULA - End User License Agreement

Outlook Tools (freeware version) is a free form of software, which can be copied and sent to third parties without any copyright being infringed thereby. The precondition for this is that this takes place free of charge and all of the files belonging to the program are sent each time.

Should anyone wish to use the full version of the program, then he or she must have it activated, i.e. a registration fee is paid and the right to use the software unrestrictedly is thereby acquired. When activation takes place, the right to use free program updates is also acquired.

Outlook is registered exclusively via a Tools activation function integrated in the program.

Limited warranty
The software and its documentation are provided as is. Since due to the large number of computer configurations, faulty functioning can never be ruled out, even on software which has been thoroughly tested, the author shall not be liable in any manner for any consequential damage arising through direct or indirect use of the software or the documentation. Liability for compensation due to loss in earnings, plant interruption, loss of information and data, and damage to other software shall be ruled out unrestrictedly, even if the author has knowledge of same. The user shall be solely liable for the consequences of using this software.

Transfer
The program may be transferred together with all of the accompanying files and in unchanged condition. Publication on CD-ROMs within shareware collections and magazines is authorized. Publication as bookware shall only be authorized with the consent of the author.

Manipulation, decompiling and disassembly of the software and files delivered with it shall be punished in accordance with Article 263a of the German Penal Code with a prison sentence of up to 5 years and a monetary fine, and reported by the author, and compensation shall be claimed.

Miscellaneous
If these conditions are infringed, the author shall be entitled to withdraw the user licence from the user.

All product names used and registered trademarks shall hereby be recognized as the property of their owner independently of whether or not they are indicated as being such.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
Detailed licence conditions for full version

Registered full version
A single licence can be used by a single person on one or more computer. Alternatively, the software can be installed on a single computer and used by different people at different times. Only one of these variants is authorized. If several people are working with the software on different computers, then a licence is required for every computer on which the program can be installed or used. The software may not be rented out or loaned.
By registering, you declare that you agree with this licence agreement and waive the possibility of returning the software due to the possibility of testing it before purchase. After sending off the registration form, you will receive the activation key from us with which you can change the freeware version into a registered full version.

You may not pass on the registration data. You will be obliged to safeguard this data so that it can be re-entered (e.g. during re-installation or if the computer crashes). The author shall not in any way be obliged to resend data already sent once. Should you not receive the registration data within 7 days (e.g. because the e-mail address has not been provided or is incorrect, technical or other types of problems), then you should inform the author of this.
